Salem's congregational care ministry exists to be the hands and feet of Jesus for Salem Church, to bring compassion, support, and visible expressions that Salem cares about her people when they need encouragement, prayer, love, or someone to walk with them in a tough season.

Prayer Team

The prayer team meets for about an hour each Wednesday evening at 6:30 in the prayer room to simply pray over the needs listed on the prayer list and over the needs placed on the prayer walls each week. The leader of the Prayer Team, Rosanna Howard, has a brief devotion and some instructions and then the team prays.

Visitation Team

The visitation team visit those in need of prayer and encouragement, contact shut-ins, visits to nursing home residents.
