Serve at Salem

Love Does Serve Week: August 16–22

Love Does is Salem’s church-wide opportunity to put faith into action by serving our neighbors throughout the Miami Valley.

Throughout the week of August 16–22, you’ll have the chance to be the hands and feet of Jesus through a variety of serve projects for individuals, families, and LifeGroups. Whether you’re serving at a local school, delivering and assembling beds for children in the greater Dayton area, or partnering with one of Salem’s outreach ministries, there’s a place for everyone to get involved.

Where To Serve

At Salem, we are big on making sure that when the unchurched, or “One,” takes the step of coming to a new church for the first time that they have the best experience possible! You can play a pivotal role in making that happen! The guest services team is looking for fun, caring, and outgoing individuals that can help make our guests feel welcome when they walk in the door. If you are more on the introverted side, we have plenty of ways for you to participate on this team, as well. We will work around your giftings and passions to help you find authentic belonging in a service role here at Salem!
